MyCasino is the online casino of Grand Casino Luzern AG, a Swiss company that also runs the land-based casino in Lucerne. Here you will find who we are, how we are licensed and what principles guide our work.

Who we are
Grand Casino Luzern AG is a Swiss public limited company based at Haldenstrasse 6, 6006 Luzern. It operates the land-based casino in Lucerne and, under the same concession, the online casino MyCasino.
Because the online casino is run by a licensed Swiss casino, the same rules apply online as on the casino floor: players are identified, the games are certified, and the operator answers to the Federal Gaming Board. MyCasino is not a separate brand bought in from abroad but part of a company that has been regulated in Switzerland for more than two decades.

Casino concession
Grand Casino Luzern AG receives its original Swiss casino concession, 326-12, for its casino in Lucerne.

Online extension
The concession is extended to online casino games with the original online extension 326-12-01.
- 2019
Online casino launch
The online casino goes live on 22 August 2019, giving players in Switzerland legal access to casino games on the internet.
- 2023
Current concession extension
The online offering continues under the concession extension 2023-A-12-E, which is the basis for the platform today.
ESBK
Regulation
In Switzerland, online casino games may only be offered by casinos that hold a Swiss concession and an extension for online play. Grand Casino Luzern AG meets these requirements, and MyCasino operates within them.
Supervision lies with the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK, Eidgenössische Spielbankenkommission). The ESBK checks that casinos comply with the Federal Act on Gambling, including rules on game certification, player identification, social protection measures and the prevention of money laundering. Its official website is www.esbk.admin.ch.
For players, this means clear rules: an account is personal, identity must be verified, and protection tools such as limits, breaks and self-exclusion are available in every account. Read more on our Responsible Gambling page.

We verify every player's identity and age, keep one account per person and pay out only to accounts in the player's own name.
Responsible gambling
Limits, gaming breaks and self-exclusion are part of every account. We look out for risky patterns and point players to help when they need it.
Data security
We process personal data under the Swiss FADP, protect it with technical and organisational measures and do not sell it to anyone.
